Do you combine shipping cost?
Yes. Most items have FREE Shipping and in some cases there is a base charge AND a smaller cost for additional items. I realize that shipping/handling expenses are significant to ALL of US so I charge as little as possible for the items in my shop. :)

How do I know the size?
Please read the description, measurements , and view all photos before purchasing. If you have any questions before purchasing please feel free to ask, but all the information is there on the listing. Also if you have a ruler you could take a look at that too, so if a stone says it is 25 mm or 1 inch long, you could look at your ruler and see how big that is.

I ordered the "JUMBO" stone (supposed to be 2.5-3" inches),and received the "large" stone which only measures 1.5" inches. Chakra Healing Shop never replied to me. YOU should have at least credited my card , the difference in the cost from these 2 different stone sizes.I WAS a repeat customer Till now ,and I am very disappointed with your service .

I ordered 2 “jumbo” pieces of carnelian which per the chart are supposed to be 2.5-3” each. Nope! Try 1.75-2”. I feel like I got scammed big time.
